New Type Organic Fertilizer Granulator

The Organic Fertilizer Rotating-Tine Granulator is a new type of organic fertilizer granulator that combines rotating tines with rotating shaft granulation. This design achieves higher pellet formation rates and more aesthetically pleasing granule appearance. Also known as the "two-in-one granulator," this innovative machine shapes materials into specific forms while offering high efficiency and energy savings.

 

The new organic fertilizer granulator employs a wet granulation process, utilizing high-speed mechanical agitation and the resulting aerodynamic forces to continuously mix fine powdered materials into granules within the machine.

Simultaneously, applying the wet granulation principle, a controlled amount of water or steam ensures thorough moisture conditioning and chemical reactions of the base fertilizer within the cylinder. Under specific liquid phase conditions, the rotational motion of the cylinder generates compressive forces between material particles, causing them to agglomerate into spheres.

The new organic fertilizer granulator boasts high granulation efficiency, better meeting the demands of large-scale production.
