Project Background
The client is a fertiliser distributor with established supplier resources for basic fertilisers such as urea and potash. Operating within a moderate budget, they lacked experience in NPK compound fertiliser granulation. Following analysis by our specialist team and thorough discussions with the client, considering factors including site conditions and budget, a twin-roll extrusion granulation (drying-free) production line was ultimately selected. The specific production line comprises: raw material pre-treatment crusher, static batching system, ribbon mixer, buffer silo, eight twin-roll pelletisers, drum screen, pellet packaging machine, and PLC visualised electrical control operation platform system.
