The client plans to launch an organic fertilizer production line project in West Africa. Leveraging the region's abundant fruit, vegetable and agricultural organic waste resources, the project aims to promote the resourceful treatment of organic waste and realize on-site conversion to produce high-quality organic fertilizer.
During the inspection, the client focused on investigating the application advantages of crawler compost turners in the composting and fermentation process, as well as the equipment layout and complete technological workflow of the powder fertilizer production line. The crawler compost turner integrates material turning, oxygen aeration and mixing in one operation, ensuring thorough decomposition and fermentation of organic materials. It serves as the core equipment at the front end of organic fertilizer production.
