The crawler type compost turner is a specialised primary piece of equipment utilising the flat-stacking method for producing organic fertiliser and soil remediation fermentation. Featuring a tracked mobility design, it can advance, reverse, and turn, operated by a single driver. Controlled by the operator, the machine employs a diesel engine as its power source. Power is transmitted through the turning drive system, enabling the blade shaft to mix and turn organic material in ground-level strips or piles. The travel system facilitates forward, reverse, and turning operations. During operation, the entire machine straddles pre-stacked elongated fertiliser bases or windrows. The turning rollers suspended beneath the frame perform mixing, loosening, and repositioning of the fertiliser base materials or soil. After the machine passes, it forms new elongated windrows.
Material Requirements:
1. Carbon-to-nitrogen ratio (25-30:1); maximum temperature controlled around 65°C; moisture content approximately 55%; initial material particle size ≤10cm;
2. Power: 55-125kW;
3. Processing capacity: 500–1600m³/h
4. Applicable materials: Livestock manure, crop straw, distiller's grains, oilseed meal, sludge, and other organic wastes.
5. Application scope: Organic fertiliser plants, sewage treatment facilities, large-scale seedling substrate factories, compound fertiliser plants, sugar refineries, livestock farms, microbial fertiliser plants, etc.
