Product description
The disc mixer is a compact mixing machine featuring stable operation and uniform mixing performance. The spiral blades are made of high wear-resistant special alloy. Materials are fed from the top and discharged from the bottom, with a well-designed and reasonable structure. It is commonly used in small and medium-scale fertilizer processing plants.
Working Principle
The disc mixer generates strong radial flow and dispersing force during operation. As the blades rotate, a vortex is formed inside the mixing chamber, causing the materials to circulate and tumble with low resistance. This continuous rolling and circulation enable fast and uniform mixing of materials.
