The Double Shaft Mixer is mainly used to uniformly mix different raw materials and is widely applied in the production of high-quality organic fertilizer.
The machine adopts two symmetrically arranged spiral shafts rotating synchronously, ensuring thorough and uniform mixing of materials. In addition, a spraying system can be installed on the mixer according to customer requirements to adjust the moisture content of the materials.

Working Principle
The Double Shaft Mixer operates via two symmetrically arranged helical shafts rotating synchronously in opposite directions. Upon entering the mixing chamber, materials are continuously lifted, inverted and cross-mixed by the helical shafts and their blades. This effectively prevents material accumulation and dead zones, achieving rapid and uniform blending.
