Product description
Vertical organic fertilizer fermentation tanks utilise the decomposition action of natural microorganisms. Through continuous aerobic microbial fermentation within a sealed processor for 7 to 15 days, organic solid waste is deodorised and broken down into high-quality organic fertiliser suitable for crops. Aerobic fermentation represents a method for producing high-quality organic fertilizer characterised by low odour and energy efficiency. It is suitable for large-scale livestock farms, sewage treatment plants, domestic sludge, food waste, and other agricultural and domestic organic waste treatment companies seeking harmless disposal solutions.
Working Principle
The vertical organic fertilizer fermentation tank comprises a power drive system, tank body, agitator shaft, feed hopper, feed frame, feed mechanism, door opening mechanism, discharge door, discharge mechanism, heat exchanger, down draft fan, thermometer, deodoriser, hydraulic system, and electrical control box. This system employs the rapid proliferation and decomposition action of aerobic microorganisms for fermentation. It reduces organic waste while evaporating moisture from organic matter, thereby producing high-quality organic fertilizer through straightforward operation.
