They utilise a rotating drum structure to achieve continuous material advancement and thorough mixing, whilst integrating ventilation systems and temperature control to facilitate microbial aerobic fermentation.
Working Principle
Upon entering the equipment, raw materials undergo thorough mixing with oxygen through the rotation and agitation of the cylinder. Utilising ventilation and temperature control systems to regulate heat and the proliferation rate of aerobic bacteria, microbial decomposition generates heat, promoting material warming until the final state of decomposition is achieved.
