Driven by a vibration motor, this Fluid Bed Drying and Cooling Equipment operates with balanced performance, low noise levels and extended service life, whilst offering straightforward installation and maintenance. Suitable for drying fragile materials, its effectiveness remains unaffected by irregular particle shapes. Utilizing ambient air as the drying and cooling air source achieves significant energy savings.

 

Working Principle

 

 

The Fluid Bed Drying and Cooling Equipment employs a fully enclosed structure, equipped with forced-air, induced-draft and dust collection systems. Vibrating materials achieve a fluidized state, ensuring thorough contact with the air stream. This significantly increases the effective heat transfer surface area, resulting in high thermal efficiency and uniform drying (cooling). The bed thickness, internal material velocity and vibration amplitude are all adjustable, offering excellent adaptability and broad applicability. It causes minimal damage to materials, making it suitable for drying (cooling) fragile substances.
