Featuring a simple structure and lower investment costs, they are suitable for small to medium-sized fertilizer production lines. Dynamic batching systems, conversely, utilise continuous metered batching, feeding materials in real-time via belt scales or metering equipment according to preset ratios. Characterized by high automation and production efficiency, they are better suited for large-scale, continuous fertilizer production lines.
