Fertilizer Loader Hopper

The Fertilizer Loader hopper is a highly adaptable conveying device capable of adjusting throughput and delivering various materials continuously and uniformly. It can handle both fine materials with particle sizes below 5mm and large chunks exceeding 1m in size. Typically positioned at the front end of fertilizer production lines, material is loaded into the hopper via a loader. By adjusting the discharge opening size, the underlying belt conveyor uniformly supplies coarse material to screening or crushing equipment. This enables continuous production flow, boosting output capacity while reducing labor requirements. The hopper is equipped with a variable-speed motor.
